For those of you who don’t know Jesse…. Here is a photo I took at a wedding last weekend of my wonderful man!! I have so many great, edgy photos of him that I want to someday post, but this just really sums him up. Notice the cigarette however. He is planning on quitting the habit on Sunday, so everybody say a little prayer for him (and me, as I’m sure he’ll be a terror to be around for a couple of weeks)!
Alejandra and Bill were married last Sunday at the Brown Palace in Denver. It was a truly stunning Sunday afternoon wedding. Everything was simply elegant…. There was thought and love put into every little detail—I’d never seen the Brown Palace look so lovely… Even Alejandra’s dress was handmade by her mother!
While this image may appear to be just a normal photo of the mother hanging up the dress, there is so much more here… Alejandra’s mother actually hand made this dress. Alejandra’s Grandmother even contributed by hand stitching little beads onto the bodice. I can’t imagine a better treasure to the occasion.
Alejandra and Bill decided to see each other before the ceremony…. This is an image of Bill waiting on the sky bridge to glimpse Alejandra for the first time. I love the emotion and anticipation in his face.
This is Oberto, Alejandra’s brother. He sat in front of me during the ceremony, and I just couldn’t stop flirting with him. What a sweetheart!!
We got to do bit of playing in downtown Denver—it was actually a great afternoon for it! Cool, breezy, and the streets were eerily empty.
Look at this adorable, happy couple in love…
There just wasn’t enough room to post all the great moments from Niki and Cory’s wedding… But here are some highlights!
Niki and Cory have been great to get to know over the last year—they are a super chill, super fun couple.
Their wedding was gorgeous, set at Arrowhead golf club. Other then the fact the the officiant was 45 minutes late (whoops), everything went perfectly! These two have so much fun together and you can just tell that they are best of friends… I always take my bride and groom away for a few minutes right after the ceremony to let them “revel in the moment”. During this time with Cory and Niki, one of the first things I heard Cory say to Niki, was “I missed you so much today”! I think that sums it up—they can’t live without each other, which is a wonderful way to start a marriage!
This is a totally journalistic shot of Niki’s Aunt’s reaction to Niki right after she came out of the dressing room. I love the look on her (and her grandmother’s) face.
Yep! That’s Cory on the bottom of the dog pile!
I’m such a sucker for the Father of the Bride’s tears. I still get chills looking at this image of Niki’s Dad after he gives Niki away.

Great photo (even with the cigarette!) ;) Goos luck on Sunday!
